All our radiators are assembled at our factory in the UK to your individual specifications. Our usual lead time is approximately 2 weeks from the time you confirm your order with us.

Yes - we offer a 10 year guarantee. If you have any problems with the radiators during that time contact us as soon as possible so we can help to rectify the situation.

BTU stands for British Thermal Unit and is the information you need to determine the heat output of a room. Working it out can seem quite complicated but the general rule of thumb is to multiply the length x width x height (x 5.2 for downstairs, x 4 for upstairs). Check out our

We can supply the radiators in a primer if you wish to paint them on site or we can send them all finished ready to be plumbed in. If you are having trouble choosing the right finish we can send a metal sample out that gives an accurate representation. Send your address details and we'll post it out to you.

All our castings have built-in feet as part of the integral design so the only extras are wall stays (recommended for security) and valves. We supply traditional manual or thermostatic wheelhead and lockshield valves to keep the authenticity of the period feature in either distressed or polished brass. If you source them from elsewhere or use reclaimed valves, please advise us so we put the right fittings on the radiator.

We don't require a deposit or payment at the time of ordering. When your radiators are nearing completion we will send out a proforma invoice asking you to contact the office. At the same time as organising the delivery we can take a credit/debit card payment over the phone. If you wish to pay by e-banking or cheque please allow sufficient time for funds to clear (3-5 working days) before the goods are booked to go out. We charge £45 for delivery to mainland UK for up to 10 radiators. For larger orders and Scottish Highlands/Northern Ireland, Eire and the rest of Europe please contact us. If you wish to make your own delivery arrangements or collect from us we are happy to assist with this.

We take part in exhibitions throughout the year and supply many showrooms in the UK. We also welcome those who want to come and visit our showroom in the Midlands - please phone to make sure we're open and have what you're after on display.
